We’re looking for a Project Controls Schedule Lead to support data center projects across Iowa and Nebraska. This is a temporary role providing coverage while a team member is on leave.
\n What You’ll Do \nReview and manage GC schedule submissions (1,000+ line items).
\nMaintain and update project schedules in Primavera P6 .
\nDeliver clear, accurate biweekly and monthly reports .
\nProvide oversight on schedules, risks, impacts, and cost controls.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive day-to-day scheduling.
\n5–10 years of project controls/scheduling experience.
\nBackground in data centers preferred; also open to industrial, oil & gas, pharma, or high-tech construction .
\nExpertise in Primavera P6 and strong data management skills.
\nAbility to tell the story behind the data and influence stakeholders.
\nKnowledge of cost controls and commercial acumen.
\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment .
\nPrimavera P6 (primary tool)
\nE-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AO Docs, Looker Studio, BigQuery
\nFamiliarity with Procore is a plus
\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).
\nMust relocate to Omaha, NE (at own expense). Hybrid role, with 3+ days onsite per week .
\nRemote start may be possible for exceptional candidates, but relocation before project start is strongly preferred.
