THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION. NO PMP OR SCRUM MASTERS, PLEASE. REQUIRES AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW!

1.0 PURPOSE

To assist in accomplishing PMO objectives by planning, evaluating activities, coordinating schedules, managing change orders, maintaining PNL sheets for all ongoing jobs as well as managing various PMO duties. To coordinate PMO objectives, progress, and metrics daily and to ensure jobs are in-line with customer and company expectations. Will work with Project Managers, IARs, Warehouse Manager, and AV/PC Team to ensure resources and inventory for each job are maintained and scheduled accordingly.

2.0 JOB DUTIES

· Review open jobs/service tickets and work with Project Manager and AV/PC Team to schedule jobs/service according to FIFO and/or customer expectations.

· Once jobs have been scheduled, work with warehouse team to coordinate inventory needs and delivery expectations.

· Monitor status of jobs daily and provide a progress report as needed. Work with Project Manager, AV/PC Team to ensure jobs are on track and on budget. Review and update all live documents (i.e. Google Docs, SmartSheets, email, etc.) viewed by Delcom management, PM, and customers on a daily basis.

· Manage T&E (Travel & Expense) requests for out-of-town operations.

· Maintain vehicle inspection schedule and inventory requirements.

· Must keep track of inventory being utilized at each job site and work with the warehouse team to request additional inventory as needed. Inventory discrepancies should be communicated and reconciled ASAP.

· As a member of our project team, Project Coordinators are expected to work with the Project Manager, warehouse management, and AV/PC Team to enforce all company policies and procedures.

· To effectively communicate scope of work, job expectations, and progress of work to Delcom management, AV and PC teams, and our customers.

· Record and keep track of KPI to review with Project Managers on a weekly basis.

· Expected to help resolve problems as they present themselves and find solutions that will keep the team on track and on budget.

· Perform audits as needed to assure jobs are being completed to meet the scope of work and our customers’ expectations.

· Draft and review Project Closeout documents with the PMO. Once approved, communicate project closeout information with the customer.

· Work with the PMO, IARs, and warehouse to receive, authorize, restock, ship, and follow up on returns.

· Assist with customer signoffs and quality checks.

· Other Duties as Assigned
