•Ability to read blueprints in order to identify which materials are needed for the project
•Ability to identify various types of metal
•Experience collaborating with vendors to purchase needed materials
•Proficient with Quick Books and spreadsheets
Requirements:•Organizing and purchasing materials for projects while staying within budget
•Comparing vendor pricing by obtaining quotes for materials needed for projects
•Generate purchase orders for materials ordered
•Arranging delivery of completed projects
•General Office duties
•Answering phones
