Job Description

MAU is hiring a Project Manager for Grenzebach in Newnan, GA. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects — ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder satisfaction, and technical excellence. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management (equivalent experience considered in lieu of a university degree)
• Solid understanding of ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous, multi-phase technical projects, ideally in manufacturing or automation
• High-level understanding of mechanical and electrical machine terminology (e.g., conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, PLCs, VFDs)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• University degree
• PMP certification (or actively pursuing)
• International project experience
• Fluency in German
• Familiarity with waySuite by Valantic (S&OP tool)

General Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
• Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
• Lead project execution across engineering, project planning, manufacturing, and business operations
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and accounting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are accurate and timely
• Conduct project reviews and ensure post-project evaluations are completed
• Apply best practices in project management and continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities as needed
