  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of landscape construction, including grading, drainage, plant installation, masonry, carpentry, lighting, irrigation, and hardscapes.

  • Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Ability to manage change orders, cost controls, and financial reporting.

  • Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset. Experience working directly with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, creating a high-performance culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues on-site and keep projects moving forward without delays.

  • Education: A degree in Landscape Construction or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is considered. Relevant certifications (such as ISA or Landscape Industry Certified) are a plus.

This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who is passionate about landscape construction and enjoys turning complex challenges into beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
