Job Title: Physician Assistant (PA) – Mental Health
Compensation: Base Salary $120,000 + Lucrative Quarterly Revenue Sharing
Employment: Full-time, 1099 to start
Schedule: M-TH 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible)
Location: Arroyo Grande, CA
Practice Setting: In-office, with potential hybrid flexibility

Job Details We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver exceptional mental health services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a key member of the behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
- Collaborating with the Supervising Physician to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Managing medication regimens, including prescribing and adjustments based on patient needs.
- Providing psychotherapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work as necessary.
- Maintaining open and clear communication with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive mental health support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in California.
- Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
