This employment opportunity is ideal for both experienced PMHNPs and PMHNPs who have recently certified and want to master psychopharmacology.

We are looking for PMHNP in Melbourne or Daytona or Jacksonville areas only.

Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP Florida License
• PMHNP Experience (preferred)
• Able to Pass AHCA Level 2 Screening
• 4 Verifiable Employment Peer References
• Excellent verbal & written communication and computer skills (Required)
• Must be organized, efficient and a good team player.

Job Description:

• Travel/Drive 30 to 60 minutes a day each way to facilities
• Conduct psychiatric assessments, screening protocols, make psychiatric medication recommendations, and attend/participate in GDR/Psychotropic Meetings monthly.
• Order and interpret appropriate labs.
• Receive and respond to calls from facilities assigned to you. No formal on-call duty but should be available to answer the phone after hours and weekends as appropriate.
• Round on patients, collaborating with family & staff as appropriate.
• Complete documentation and notes timely.
• Meet productivity and encounter requirements daily.

Job Hours:

• Monday through Friday. Weekends and Holidays off
