Real Estate Finance Analyst
📍 Location: Madison Heights, MI area (On-site)
💵 Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
Are you a finance-minded professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for real estate? We’re hiring a Real Estate Finance Analyst to support high-impact investment evaluations, financial modeling, and deal execution efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with leadership and help shape key decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
Support real estate transactions from research and due diligence to structuring and closing
Conduct market and financial analysis to support decision-making
Prepare RFPs, proposals, and internal presentations
Engage with lenders, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1.5 years of experience in a financial analyst role (non-accounting focused)
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience preparing client-facing proposals or presentations is a plus
Real estate or asset management experience is preferred but not required
