We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join the #1 RE/MAX Team in PA specializing in the Greater Philadelphia area. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing your market knowledge to achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities:
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
- Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with clients: Establish strong connections with buyers, sellers, and potential leads to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Conduct property searches and showings: Assist clients in finding their ideal properties by conducting comprehensive property searches, organizing and scheduling showings, and offering expert advice based on market trends and client preferences.
- Market analysis and pricing expertise: Perform thorough market research, analyze property values, and develop competitive pricing strategies to help sellers list their properties at the optimal price point.
- Negotiate contracts and offers: Skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers, ensuring their interests are well-represented throughout the negotiation process.
- Coordinate transactions: Oversee the entire transaction process, including managing paperwork, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and any necessary repairs, and ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations within established timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends: Continuously stay informed about the local real estate market, including changes in regulations, economic factors, and industry developments, to provide clients with accurate information and strategic advice.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness to client's needs, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other real estate agents, brokers, and support staff within the Tom Toole Sales Group, sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices to collectively achieve team goals.
- Attend networking events: Actively participate in real estate industry events, community functions, and other networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate potential leads.
Qualifications:
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
- Driven to succeed in sales and in life
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Valid real estate license: Must hold an active real estate license in Pennsylvania and be familiar with the real estate laws, regulations, and ethics governing the state.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade, and build rapport with clients, and colleagues.
- Market knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood dynamics in the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Customer-centric approach: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and dedicated to meeting and exceeding clients' expectations.
- Technology proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, CRM systems, MLS platforms, and other relevant technology tools to streamline processes, manage client databases, and enhance productivity.
- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional demeanor: Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor, exhibiting integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
