Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Develop and execute annual budgets for each property, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Monitor monthly financial reports, including income statements, budget variances, accounts receivable, and occupancy metrics
Approve property expenditures and ensure adherence to expense budgets
Analyze financial performance to identify risks and opportunities, including mitigating operational risks and optimizing revenue streams
Prepare owner reports and forecasts, addressing gaps in financial performance
Conduct regular site visits to monitor property conditions, assess maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee leasing functions, including negotiating new leases and renewals to meet occupancy goals
Implement preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement plans to maintain the physical integrity of properties
Respond to emergencies promptly and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor property managers and on-site staff to foster a culture of professionalism and accountability
