Behavioral Framework is always looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians with a passion for helping children.

In this role, you’ll be working directly with a child in their home. This will allow you to integrate into the family environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills are individualized to the client, but may include: toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.

You will work in the client’s home and, in some cases, the community (parks, stores, recreation areas).

Opportunities for growth

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Actively participate in the implementation of ABA therapy.
Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
Document sessions by writing progress notes.
Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when working with clients.
Provide direct client care following the prescribed behavioral protocols/programs.

Physical Requirements:

Proficient in fine and gross motor skills, ability to hand over hand prompt fine and gross motor skills without restriction.
Full physical range of motion to provide physical support to clients.
Ability to physically write progress notes, graph data and enter data into a computerized data collection system.
Ability to read treatment plans, interpret data and follow instructions on program implementation and behavior management.
Must be able to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing) in the course of working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.
Must be able to hold/transport clients in the course of behavioral management.
Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Must be physically present at the assigned job site.

Education Requirements:

High School or Equivalent
Required license or certification:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Additional Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation/Car – Bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.
