Our continued growth has created a need for more skilled technicians. MH Technician Academy will introduce you to the forklift industry. Our staff of professional trainers will teach you everything from the basics of working on engines to the more complicated computer diagnostics and control systems.

This position is located at a Customer location in Bloomington, IL.

Requirements

Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products.
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Be Safe in the Moment: Follow and promote safety initiatives.
• Assist with training and mentorship of newly hired technicians and consult with the manager to identify technician development opportunities.
• Provide direct or online assistance to help promote a positive culture and safe work environment.

Technician Requirements:

• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and/or charging systems are a plus.
• Must have own tools. Tool purchase assistance provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
• This position may be an apprentice or journeyman position, depending upon qualifications of applicants.

Working Conditions: Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Additional overtime as needed. Time over 40 hours paid at overtime rate. This is a premium pay position.
