We are seeking an experienced career Nanny to support our client a private family in Beverly Hills, CA. Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience working in a similar position. Domestic and international travel is required. Candidates who speak multiple languages will be preferred. This is a great opportunity to work for a wonderful family. Looking to hire asap!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing formula or breast milk, and introducing solid foods as advised by pediatricians.
• Changing diapers regularly and monitor for any signs of rashes or discomfort.
• Establishing and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, including naps and bedtime routines.
• Bathing and dressing baby according to hygiene standards.
• Tracking and documenting feeding, sleeping, and health patterns; administering medications as prescribed.
• Engaging in activities that promote cognitive and physical development.
• Monitoring and reporting on developmental milestones and any concerns to parents.
• Ensuring the baby’s living area is clean, safe, and organized.
• Washing baby’s clothes, bedding, and other items as needed.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with parents regarding the baby’s well-being, routines, and any concerns.
• Adapting to the family’s schedule when needed.
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be knowledgeable of first aid and emergency procedures specific to infant care.
• Must adhere to safety guidelines, including safe sleep practices and childproofing measures.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality about family matters and personal information.
• Must be able to travel internationally and domestically with the family as needed.
• Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references.
• Must be bilingual or trilingual.

Compensation: $40-50 per hour DOE, benefits, bonus opportunity, PTO, 401k match, and other great perks!

Location: Beverly Hills, CA. 5 days a week in person. Must have flexibility in the schedule as needed.

Schedule: Five consecutive work days followed by three days off, with eight-hour shifts that include a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Shifts will rotate between:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
