About the Role

They are looking for a Sales Account Executive who is dedicated to customer success and onboarding, focusing on their inbound leads to ensure clients make the most of their software and maximize its potential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-sale onboarding to post-sale engagement, before transitioning the client to the customer experience team who will focus on account support, retention, and growth of customers
• Drive account expansion by identifying opportunities and ensuring customer success
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy and enhancements
• Maintain communication with new and existing customers through email, outbound calls, and text messaging
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• A passion for helping customers and solving their problems
• Comfortable handling objections and working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
