Job Title: Client Liaison
Job Summary: The Client Liaison responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients and maintaining client relationships. This role involves marketing outreach, CRM management, payer onboarding, client training, and ongoing support for billing operations. The coordinator will also stay up to date on industry regulations and work closely with clients and internal teams to address concerns and improve processes.


Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Client Acquisition:
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and texts.
• Schedule and conduct demos with potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM to track potential clients and business development efforts.
• Source new potential clients through research and networking.


Client Onboarding:
• Gather and organize all necessary documents for new clients.
• Post onboarding documents to Project Management Software and ensure completion.
• Coordinate with the billing team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Set up Payer EDI enrollments through the clearing house.
• Help Complete paperwork for in-network credentialing with payers, including United, Humana, Anthem, Medicare RR, Cigna, and Aetna.
• Establish EFT payment setups with payers when applicable.
• Maintain open communication with clients and billing teams throughout onboarding.


Client & Billing Team Education:
• Educate clients on the billing process and provide necessary training.
• Train new clients on Dashboard functionalities.
• Provide ongoing education to the billing team regarding client-specific needs.
• Stay updated on payer process changes and inform clients and billing teams accordingly.
• Alert clients and billing teams about new rules and regulations affecting the EMS industry.


Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Schedule and facilitate client/billing team conference calls (CCs) on a regular basis.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Participate in weekly billing team CCs to discuss ongoing issues and client needs.


Billing & Account Reconciliation:
• Identify billing and AR issues through the system and report them to management.
• Collaborate with management and the billing team to resolve problem areas.


Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client onboarding and relationship management.
• Knowledge of medical billing and payer credentialing processes.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Availity, and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.


Work Environment: This role may involve a combination of remote and in-office work, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and video conferencing.
