Role Overview We are currently seeking a high-energy, experienced Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Hyattsville, MD. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and has a strong understanding of customer relationship management and marketing collaboration. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about improving the healthcare experience through innovative technology. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily to identify and develop sales opportunities Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding Build strong, lasting customer relationships and provide ongoing support Deliver effective sales presentations and training sessions to clients and prospects Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional strategies Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track communication and sales pipeline activities Develop monthly forecasts and meet or exceed sales targets Provide strategic input to improve sales approaches, marketing tactics, and client retention Demonstrate a consultative approach to sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of inside B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative or tech-enabled environment At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Salesforce or another CRM Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage accounts independently “Hunter” mentality with a proven track record in an incentive-driven sales structure Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary Training and career development support Opportunities to advance within a growing and mission-driven organization A collaborative, energetic, and innovation-focused work environment Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr VueCare Media
