Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist is needed for an elementary school setting in Niceville, FL, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This is a contract position for the current school year, providing onsite services within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide individualized therapy for students K-12
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-focused planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Florida Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school teams

Work Location and Hours:

• Onsite position at an elementary school in Niceville, FL
• Full-time hours with a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
