Le poste consiste aussi à enseigner à l’équipe les pratiques agiles et cadrer les processus de travail (team norms, meetings, …) Principales responsabilités Owner du processus global du delivery du projet Mener les réunions Scrum quotidiennes et coacher l’équipe dans la résolution des problèmes au quotidien Entraîner l\'équipe sur les pratiques Agiles et la mentalité d\'exécution rapide et les protéger des distractions / requêtes hors sujet pour être concentrer sur le test et l\'apprentissage Gérer les dépendances et communiquer efficacement les plans, les problèmes et les résultats avec le Top Management de façon proactive et régulière Profil Recherché Prérequis Disposer d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en Informatique Disposer d’un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en tant que Scrum Master Disposer de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement de solutions informatiques/digitales Adoption et partage des valeurs/ADN INTELCIA Marketing (Savoir vendre / Valoriser son équipe et la Direction) Partage / Team work / Focus résultats Capacité à fédérer l’équipe projet et les parties prenantes #J-18808-Ljbffr intelcia
