We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will guide Agile teams through Scrum principles, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery of high-value products. You will act as a key facilitator, fostering transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams and across projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams as a Scrum Master, ensuring the successful application of Scrum principles and practices.

• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and alignment with organizational goals.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by developing and maintaining team working agreements.

• Monitor and report on team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.

• Identify and address impediments, risks, and interdependencies to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Support the organization in achieving Agile maturity by providing guidance on scaling Agile practices.

• Foster a safe and trusting environment that encourages problem-solving and open communication.

• Align team delivery practices with broader business objectives to ensure success.

• Perform additional duties as required to meet evolving business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development or related environments.
• Advanced understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum theory, and associated roles, events, and artifacts.
• Proven ability to coach cross-functional teams and drive Agile maturity within organizations.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, team facilitation, and fostering collaboration.
• Experience using Agile tools and tracking metrics such as velocity and cumulative flow diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences and levels.
