Current Opportunity: Conexess Group is assisting a large healthcare client in their search for a Scrum Master in a hybrid capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities: Serve as the “servant leader” of the Scrum team by removing impediments and supporting team success and schedule adherence. Possess sufficient technical understanding to guide team members and help overcome development roadblocks. Understand business strategy and objectives to prioritize work by business value and ensure results align with goals. Deliver delegated tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Complete daily tasks independently, with access to mentorship from experienced team members. Engage in forward planning and anticipate needs or issues. Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members. Requirements: HS/GED or higher preferred; emphasis on relevant experience. Experience with Agile methodologies. Proficiency with Jira.
