Stonebridge Communities is looking for reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals to join their team for the summer season of 2024 . The open positions are in St. Paul and South of the River areas.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

· Painting and drywall

· Clean and maintain community’s curb appeal.

· Carpentry

· Landscaping and landscaping activities

· Clean and maintain common areas and community rooms.

· Monitoring maintenance tools and equipment, daily.

· Take out and swap dumpsters and recycling containers as needed.

· Assist with install and move appliances as needed.

· Adhere to site and company health, safety, federal, state and OSHA regulations

· Assist Maintenance team with daily tasks.

· Assist with tasks associated with preparing apartments for move-ins.

· Clean, monitor and maintain pool deck daily.

· Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

· High School Education

· A valid Driver’s license.

· General Labor, landscaping and light maintenance experience preferred.

· Ability to perform manual labor

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

· Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (cold, heat, wet, humid)

· Ability to walk and stand for an extended period

· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

· Good written and verbal communication skills
