Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ensuring accuracy.
• Review financial data and documents to determine correct tax obligations.
• Use tax software to compute tax payments or refunds accurately.
• Stay informed about the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Deliver excellent service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Safeguard client information and uphold strict confidentiality.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to help minimize their liabilities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax preparer or in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle financial data with precision.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
