What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives, managing service delivery for assigned projects
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of project deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring adherence to client and project requirements
- Provide strategic guidance and oversee client-specific projects on a day-to-day basis
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions in internal workflows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Strong leadership and staff development skills to motivate team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey confident leadership
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience; a Juris Doctorate (JD) or MBA is a plus
- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider
