Overview

Intuit is building a worldclass Ethics & Investigations team under the People Experience group of the People & Places (HR) organization. The team champions the Integrity Without Compromise value and drives a safe, ethical, and inclusive culture. Responsibilities include developing, improving, and executing all elements of the ethics program, conducting impartial investigations across all geographies, and promoting awareness of the ethics program internally while sharing best practices with the broader workplace investigations community.

What Youll Do

As an investigator, you will manage a caseload of investigations into alleged Code of Conduct & Ethics violations, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace bullying, and financialexpensecompliance matters. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with HR, business leaders, and inhouse counsel, interacting with employees at all levels to build trust and transparency. In addition, you will contribute to crossfunctional project teams, devising and delivering strategic programs to enhance Intuits support for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex investigations from intake to completion, conducting interviews and reviewing documents and data.
  • Summarize and organize information for endtoend investigation reporting.
  • Provide objective, analytically sound findings and recommendations for corrective action and organizational change.
  • Draft detailed investigation reports and related correspondence.
  • Interact and communicate with individuals involved, managers, and HR throughout the investigation.
  • Prepare executive summaries and update executives and senior leaders on investigations.
  • Support continuous improvement of the investigation process.
  • Benchmark against external best practices and adapt internal procedures.
  • Apply objective empathy and deep understanding of Intuits culture and values.
  • Support priorities and initiatives for the broader People Experience and People & Places organizations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of investigative experience at a private or publiclytraded company, or equivalent casemanagement, factfinding, or analytical experience as a lawyer.
  • Preference for experience with financial, expense, and/or compliance investigations and threatmanagement situations.
  • Strong preference for a practicing lawyer or background in employment law or employee relations, particularly across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, or related organization is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives, senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Ability to set aside personal biases and maintain objectivity.
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis in complex, nuanced situations.
  • Enthusiasm for data analysis and trend identification.
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to produce highlevel written product.
  • Selfmotivated, detailoriented, and highly organized, able to work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Strong personal ethical code and integrity.
  • Confidence to make difficult decisions and exercise expert judgment on disputed issues.
  • Resilience and ability to manage a demanding caseload and shifting priorities.

Compensation: This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. The expected base pay range is competitive and based on market comparisons, jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
