Senior Landscape Designer Location: Santa Barbara, CA | Full-Time Clearview Landscaping is seeking a high-level Landscape Designer to lead the creative vision and client experience for large-scale, luxury residential properties in Santa Barbara and the surrounding areas. This is not just a technical design role—it’s a client-facing, relationship-driven position for a creative leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-end service. You’ll work with discerning clients on multimillion-dollar estates, guiding them through the creative process with both artistic excellence and emotional intelligence to ensure they feel confident and excited every step of the way. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design vision for large-scale estate and high-end residential landscape projects.
• Serve as the primary design liaison for clients, architects, and builders—translating their lifestyle needs and preferences into thoughtful landscape solutions.
• Present design concepts with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism, helping clients visualize and fall in love with the proposed vision.
• Collaborate closely with Clearview’s operations and construction teams to ensure project feasibility, alignment, and successful handoff.
• Build strong client relationships by being proactive, attentive, and passionate about the design process.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in high-end landscape design or architecture, with a portfolio showcasing luxury residential work.
• A strong passion for design and a natural ability to engage and excite clients.
• Proficiency in design tools (CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and the ability to clearly communicate design ideas both visually and verbally.
• Executive-level presence and professionalism—you thrive in front of sophisticated, high-net-worth clients.

Benefits:

• Expected Pay: $100,000–$150,000 annually (depending onexperience)
