Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Mountain View, CA three times per week, at minimum.

The Role

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Manager, Compensation to lead complex compensation initiatives in a rapidly growing organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across our Bay Area business units, requiring deep expertise in compensation strategy, analytics, and stakeholder influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of compensation strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Bay Area leadership, providing insights and recommendations on base, bonus, and equity programs.
• Analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making and ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to support offers, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of Bay Area/Silicon Valley compensation practices.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.

• The salary range for this role is $184,300 - $282,400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
• Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
