What You'll Do:
Manage Continuous Improvement and Packaging Innovation: Review and analyze packaging development processes to highlight opportunities for cost reductions and process efficiencies. Develop and continually review objectives that refine business processes to maximize end-to-end efficiency and member value.
Support Packaging Development: Evaluate and engineer packaging based on production capabilities, geographic locations, quality control processes, innovation, equipment specifications, color management, and costs. Analyze key metrics, advise on packaging industry standards of cost estimates, and recommend packaging suppliers. Develop packaging innovations, specifications, and strategies to support of new and existing Member’s Mark products.
Resolve Issues with Packaging Damages: Identify items with high damage rates, determine needed resources, collaborate with business partners to develop solutions, implement solutions or contingency plans, and establish work processes, best practices, and standards for the packaging team.
Develop External Communications: Ensure the consistent global execution of packaging specifications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare presentations to communicate packaging direction and post reference materials for the supplier community to the company information system.
Coordinate and Oversee Job-Related Activities: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, packaging suppliers and cross functional partners. Identify and address packaging improvement opportunities and demonstrate adaptability and promote continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
