Job Description

Senior UX/Design Contractor (3-Month Contract) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced UX/Design contractor to lead the conceptualization and design of our enterprise website and associated microsites. This is a 3-month engagement focused on delivering a comprehensive design system and user experience strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process for our enterprise website redesign, including information architecture, user flows, and visual design Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across the main website and multiple microsites Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business objectives and user needs Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure successful implementation Document design decisions and guidelines for future reference Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on enterprise and tech industry websites Proven track record of designing and launching large-scale websites with multiple microsites Strong portfolio demonstrating information architecture, interaction design, and visual/creative design skills Skills and experience to design with differentiation and distinctiveness Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) Experience creating and implementing design systems Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design principles Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise SaaS or technology companies Knowledge of front-end development principles and limitations Experience with agile development methodologies Background in conducting user research and usability testing Previous contract or consulting experience Contract Details Duration: 3 months Full-time/Part-time engagement Remote work possible Start date: Immediate Qualified candidates should submit their portfolio and resume highlighting relevant enterprise website design experience.
