The new West Palm Beach Autograph Collection Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality , a leading hospitality company that offers career opportunities and has a steadfast commitment to putting people first, is currently looking for a Spa Director.

The Spa Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of the luxury resort day spa.

The Spa will offer 6 treatment rooms as well as facial, manicure, pedicure services and also include Spa overnight guest rooms, private pool, hot tub and cabanas. The role involves:

- Leading a team of spa professionals

- Developing and implementing business strategies,

- Creating and developing the menu of services, spa retail product line as well as guest in room amenity program to be offered,

- Ensuring that all spa customers enjoy a positive experience during their visit.

Other responsibilities include:

• Recruit, hire, and training of leadership team managers, supervisors, leads, desk staff, attendants and service providers,
• Financial management of revenues and costs according to budgeted amounts,
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the staff and customers.
• Provides leadership to the team through coaching and mentoring
• Work collaboratively with the resorts management team to provide memorable guest experiences.

• Bachelors degree in business or hospitality management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in spa management, including relevant and required spa certifications.
• Strong knowledge of the local West Palm Beach spa and wellness markets.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and develop an achievable business plan.
• Menu design and creation for Spa services; seasonal promotions, locals packages, group experiences
• Strong marketing skills to promote the spa to hotel guests.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; read, write and speak English fluently.
• In depth working knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products and the ability to train the team in each area.
• Working knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, budgeting and revenue/expense management
• Working knowledge of spa POS systems and product controls and inventory.
• Computer expertise - knowledge of Microsoft applications, Spa software, POS systems, Book4Time etc.
