Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education license in Pennsylvania; emergency certifications will also be considered.
• Experience working with students with autism and other special education needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
• Previous experience in elementary settings, particularly with K-2nd grade students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students in a self-contained classroom setting.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to facilitate the inclusion of students in the classroom.
• Develop and implement appropriate behavioral and educational strategies tailored to each student's needs.

• Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and progress.
