The Role

FlowX.ai is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new strategic accounts, developing long-term relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the financial services sector.

What you'll do:
  • Own the entirety of the sales cycle of high-value deals from initial conversation to close
  • Use structured value-based sales frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message) to drive a consistent, methodical path to close
  • Leverage FlowX.AI’s cutting-edge AI platform and strong engineering culture to demonstrate how customers can transform their operations
  • Act with full autonomy and responsibility to shape deals and make strategic decisions
  • Orchestrate complex strategic deals across multiple stake holders and strategic partners
  • Manage internal resources (pre sales, product, marketing, legal) towards driving successful outcomes
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in major accounts

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:
  • 10+ years experience in enterprise sales
  • A track record of being successful in leading $1M+ deals
  • A track record of leading complex, strategic, transformation deals within financial services
  • Experience selling to executive and C-levels within banks
  • Solid understanding of the financial services business and technology landscape to drive insightful conversations with CIOs on financial services strategic transformation
  • Experience with value-based sales frameworks (MEDDICC, Command of the Message)
