What You’ll Do:
Craft a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese delicacies using traditional methods and innovative techniques.
Source the finest and freshest ingredients, maintaining Norikase’s high standards for quality and authenticity.
Train and lead a team of kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, precision, and respect for the culinary arts.
Collaborate with the culinary team to explore new menu items and refine existing dishes.
Ensure that each plate perfectly balances flavor and presentation, enhancing the overall guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef with a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and sushi-making techniques.
A passion for Japanese culture and the art of sushi preparation.
Exceptional knife skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
