Task Supervisor

We are looking for a Task Supervisor to join our Lansing, NY team!

As our Task Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and coordinate all aspects of their work.

Location: Lansing, NY

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Your Challenge

• Schedules, evaluates, trains and advises technicians.
• Supervises technicians in the engineering and sciences support group.
• Coordinates all aspects of technician work ensure the team has the required tools to work safely and efficiently.
• Supervises assembly of cost control and statistical data.
• Prepares labor estimates required to design, draft, and document to engineers to aid in the process for bid and proposal activities.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree or the equivalent experience
• Metallurgy experience
