This position is primarily on-site 5 days a week in Reston, VA, with the potential for hybrid remote work based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of professional work experience in (Sales OR Agency Recruiting OR Military Recruiting background).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
