Title: Training Coordinator – Law Firm Experience Required Location: Boston Type: Permanent Compensation: 90 K base Hybrid: Yes Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Coordinator with a background as a Legal Administrative Professional or Paralegal who has experience onboarding and training others on processes and systems within a law firm environment . The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Legal Admin or Paralegal role into Training and Development . Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage training schedules across all departments, track training outcomes, and maintain training records. Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training under the direction of the User Experience and Training Manager. Create, update, and maintain job aids and training materials. Oversee administrative functions related to training delivery, including documentation and reporting. Assess and analyze training and development needs for individuals and teams. Promote training programs to employees and communicate the benefits of participation. Monitor employee progress in the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide reports as needed. Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm environment or equivalent experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Administrative Professional. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on experience in training, onboarding, or facilitating training sessions in a legal or corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize work effectively. Ability to establish clear training objectives and measure success. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of instructional design principles and proven success in training implementation. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Familiarity with modern and traditional training techniques.
