About the Position

Join and experienced team of surgeons, located in Bakersfield, CA. We are searching for a full time Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon. Details:

• 10-12 24 hour shifts per month. 
• State-of-the-art facility designed around a busy Level II trauma program
• Join a team of experienced surgeons with Surgical Critical Care expertise.
• Supported by well-trained PA's/NP's.
• Tertiary-level community hospital with complete range of subspecialty support
• No billing or coding - focus on being a surgeon

Compensation and Benefits:

• Flexible Schedule
• Competitive Salary Range: $385,000 - $400,000

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery.
• Completion of Surgical Critical Care Fellowship.
• Current or recent experience in ACS-verified trauma program.
• CA License preferred.
