  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution\n
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Oregon State Pharmacist License, CPR certification, and Pharmacy Board Certification\n
  • Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including hands-on experience with chemotherapy drugs\n
  • Other Requirements: Ability to handle chemotherapy medications safely, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under minimal supervision\n
