Rate: $48/hr All-Inclusive

Shift Timings: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40 (5x8-hour shifts)

Job Description:

GSK Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term travel assignment in Concord, NH . This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs looking for a focused, high-impact role in a supportive and professional environment.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the RN Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Center Nurse Executive, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The LPN functions within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, working collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and manage patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective care.
• Contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mandatory in-service programs.
• Assist with the orientation of new nursing staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect sensitive health information.
• Willingness to stay beyond scheduled shifts if required to meet state staffing needs or patient demands.
• Perform other LPN duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
