\n\t\n\tSchedule: 3x12 Night Shift
\n\t\n\tWeekends: Rotating weekends required
\n\t\n\tContract Type: Travel/Temporary Assignment
\n\t\n\tSetting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
\n\t\n About the Opportunity:

As a Travel RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with skilled clinical expertise, and collaborating closely with an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities Include:
\n\nDelivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting
\n\t\n\tConducting assessments and documenting resident conditions
\n\t\n\tAdministering medications and treatments per facility protocols
\n\t\n\tWorking collaboratively with nursing staff, CNAs, and leadership
\n\t\n\tEnsuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
\n\t\n\tSupporting continuity of care across rotating weekend shifts
\n\t\nQualifications:
\n\nActive Registered Nurse (RN) license (Wisconsin or compact)
\n\t\n\tMinimum of 1 year of RN experience (LTC/SNF experience preferred)
\n\t\n\tCurrent BLS certification
\n\t\n\tStrong clinical assessment and communication skills
\n\t\n\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
