Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented  UX/UI Designer to join a multidisciplinary team working on a healthcare platform aimed at improving early cancer diagnostics.
Your role will be to design an intuitive, secure and aesthetically balanced interface for users (doctors and patients) who rely on the system to interpret prostate cancer risk based on cytology test color analysis.

Customer Overview:

Our client is an innovative med-tech company with a strong research background in oncology and analytical chemistry.
Founded in 2017 by a group of scientists and clinicians, they collaborate with an international network of urologists and diagnostic professionals.

Now they are expanding their digital tools and need a designer who can translate complex functionality into a clear and reliable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and clean UI for the medical platform (web and mobile).
• Collaborate with ML engineers, developers, and clinical consultants to ensure technical outputs are clearly visualized for users.
• Apply best practices in usability, healthcare accessibility, and data visualization.
• Maintain a simple but scalable design system for future expansion.
• Work closely with the product owner and development team in an agile environment.
• Conduct light user research or stakeholder interviews when needed.

Skills/Requirements:

• Experience designing interfaces for digital products (portfolio or examples required).
• Proficiency in Figma or another modern design tool.
• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail, clean layout logic, and ability to work with technical constraints.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate with non-design teammates.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing dashboards or platforms in med-tech, AI/ML or regulated environments.
• Interest in data-driven interfaces or digital health solutions.
