Job Description
Ed Roehr Safety Products has been in business for over 80 years. We have changed and grown over these years into the business we are today. Years ago we adopted the motto “Upfitting Public Safety, Bumper to Bumper and Head to Toe”. We work with multiple departments from fire, police, sheriff and security companies and provide almost everything someone in public safety would wear including building their vehicle from a brand-new car or making changes on a vehicle in service.
Currently we have an open 12-volt installer position in our install shop. This position is entry level, fast pace, and constantly evolving with product and vehicle updates. Job consists of installing emergency lights, sirens and a wide range of other equipment on safety vehicles for police, fire, etc.. Jobs could take 5 minutes to a week depending on the overall workload and job complexity at that time. When new vehicles are completed they are ready for immediate service.

· Must have basic mechanical skills AND/OR basic understand of the 12-volt automotive system
