About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in revenue generation, strategy development, and business operations. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for driving the CEO's agenda, managing operational routines, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This individual will be expected to translate the CEO's vision into actionable projects, attend key events with the CEO, and provide insightful counsel on a wide range of business matters. Strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence are key aspects of the role, as is the ability to work closely with the Executive Leadership team and integrate strategic initiatives into the company's operations. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 15 years' experience in senior leadership roles. A strong understanding of the payments industry is highly desired, with experience in technology, benefits, or mobility industries being a plus. The role requires exceptional financial acumen, P&L knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for overseeing the CEO's office operations, preparing presentations and reports for key stakeholders, and collaborating with the Board of Directors.
