Therapeutic Massage

This is a fluid head-to-toe, massage sequence that integrates classic Swedish style massage with deeper pressure upon request to release tension especially in neck, shoulders and lower back. This massage is both relaxing and rejuvenating and is the ideal choice for de-stressing from the rigors of daily living.Note: Available every day, 55 or 85 min. sessions.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage takes Therapeutic Massage a step further to include a wide variety of deep pressure applied with hands, fingers, forearms and elbows to loosen, coax and melt stiff muscles in any part of the body into a state of relaxation and balance. This treatment is the ideal remedy for chronic muscle tension. Note: depending on available practitioner, 55 or 85 min. session.

Clinical Sports Massage

Although Clinical Sports Massage is generally associated with various kinds of sports and athletics, almost anyone who is physically active can benefit from these highly therapeutic techniques. Clinical sports massage goes several steps further then either Therapeutic Massage or Deep Tissue to address common injuries and complaints associated with daily living and aging populations as well as sports related conditions. Note: Based on availability of trained practitioner, 55 or 85 min. session.

This holistic healing technique assists in the rebalancing and harmonizing of the entire body through stimulating precise reflex points in the feet and hands. Reflexology is based on the premise that feet and hands represent a microcosm of the body; where all organs, glands and other body parts are represented through a specific point. This one hour treatment enhances your sense of well-being and relaxation as you are brought to a greater level of health. Note: Based on availability of trained practitioner, 55 min. session.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a profound technique to help increase the bodies natural flow of lymph by increasing lymphatic circulation through the body's natural filtration systems.
