Boutique Law Office is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing documents and files. You will also be responsible for office management, answering phones and handling general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for attorneys.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Answer and direct all phone calls.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Interface with vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Operates a variety of office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer and assigned software.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
