Taylor Management is looking for an experienced Assisant Property Manager for a luxury high-rise in Jersey City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding to resident inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of community newsletters and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases of community documents and homeowner information.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Support the Community Manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the planning and organization of community events and meetings.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management, administrative support, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
