Credentialing Specialist

Remote - Texas Only

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Position Summary

Dean's Professional Services is hiring a Credentialing Specialist for a full-time remote role. This position is responsible for verifying and maintaining credentialing data for individual, facility, and ancillary providers to ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain credentialing information for providers and facilities

• Monitor and follow up on disciplinary actions

• Communicate with licensing boards, hospitals, certification agencies, and training programs

• Ensure data accuracy within credentialing systems

• Run reports and distribute credentialing updates

• Support credentialing and re-credentialing processes according to company policies

• Prepare documentation for Credentialing Committee meetings

• Assist with internal audits, peer review support, and special projects

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required:
• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of credentialing or healthcare administration experience

• Preferred:
• Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
