Overview A company that invests in education is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The office is in the Hancock building and is hybrid – 2 or 3 days in office as needed. The employees are a tight knit, mission-driven group and there is longevity among partner and employees (they work hard and laugh together). About the Job: Be a true gatekeeper and intelligently manage the CEO’s time Maintain an ever-changing busy calendar Schedule internal and external meetings Assist with coordinating events Schedule calls keeping the CEO’s and the firm’s priorities in mind Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, visas/passports, cars and hotels and creating detailed itineraries Vet and prioritize the CEO’s emails Process expense reports including tracking receipts, and reimbursements Assist with coordinating Board meetings (the CEO sits on 3 external boards) Be the point of contact for the CEO’s philanthropic endeavors Manage any office repairs when needed Track birthdays and anniversaries Make dinner reservations Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr About You: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related support position supporting a c-level executive BA/BS from a college or university a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) A sense of humor! Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
