Position: Marketing Specialist
Location: New York (Manhattan, Flushing, or Long Island based on business needs)
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Position Description: Yabei is seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role includes developing online and offline promotional campaigns, managing content and advertising assets, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about consumer trends in the Asian goods market.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital outreach and offline events.
Develop and implement brand strategies to increase visibility and market share.
Create promotional materials such as advertising copy, campaign decks, and social content.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to support data-informed decisions.
Track marketing progress and evaluate campaign effectiveness across channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong writing and presentation skills.
Experience in marketing, branding, or consumer product promotion preferred.
Proficient in market research and data analytics tools.
Strong creativity, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
