Who We Are Seeking Achievement House Cyber Charter School is seeking a Motion Designer to create high-impact visual content that captures the attention of students and families from the very first impression. This role plays a key part in how people experience our school through video, animation, social content, and digital storytelling that reflects who we are and what we stand for. You'll lead the creation of motion graphics and video content that brings energy to our brand, supports student engagement, and elevates everything from social campaigns to instructional materials. Whether it's a campaign launch, a program highlight, or a course intro, your work should help students imagine themselves here and help families see why Achievement House is a different kind of school. You'll use modern tools and AI-supported workflows to work smarter and move faster while keeping the voice and feel of the work unmistakably ours. Collaboration is key, but so is ownership. The Motion Designer will be responsible for: Create motion graphics, animations, and videos that support student engagement, school marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and instructional content. Lead projects from concept to final delivery , including storyboarding, editing, sound design, and visual execution. Collaborate with marketing, academic, and leadership teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure visual content aligns with school priorities. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure visual quality across platforms. Use modern tools and AI-based design workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency while keeping the final work aligned with the school's voice and identity. Contribute to the visual direction of campaigns and help evolve the school's visual identity with forward-thinking, student-focused design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Stay current with trends in motion design, animation, and video storytelling. Attend and provide support during school-wide meetings, events, and activities. Proctor state and local assessments as warranted. Complete additional duties as needed. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. Relevant professional experience and a portfolio of impactful work are valued equally. At least three years of experience in motion design, video editing, animation, or a related creative role. Demonstrates proficiency in motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or comparable software that delivers professional-quality results. Familiarity with AI-supported creative tools and an understanding of how to use them in a way that enhances speed and quality without compromising authenticity. A portfolio is required and should showcase a strong ability to communicate ideas through video, animation, and motion graphics across different formats. Experience producing content for social media, digital learning, or student engagement is preferred. Required Certificates/Clearances: Child abuse and criminal background clearances are required, including Act 168 Disclosure/Release. Must also complete Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training. Where You'd Be Located We are located in Exton, PA. This position will follow a hybrid schedule. Some travel may be required to capture content.
