The referenced pay range represents the first and last step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Individual pay will be set in accordance with terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Job Responsibilities: Serves meals and/or beverages according to established procedures and performs various duties incidental to providing satisfactory service to guests. Supervision and direction exercised: None. Machines and equipment used: None. Typical duties: 1. Sets up tables with clean linens and silverware, based on anticipated service needs. 2. Fills water glasses and pours beverages for guests. 3. Takes guests orders and serves the meal following established procedures. Explains menu items and specials, and answers questions as needed. 4. Clears and resets tables in a timely manner. Restocks service stations. 5. Presents check for signature or payment. Itemizes and totals check.
Qualifications: High School education and 6 months experience as a waiter/waitress; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
